Uygulama içinden silme
- Silmek istediğin hesapla MDS'ye giriş yap.
- Profil → Ayarlar → Gizlilik ekranını aç.
- Hesabımı sil seçeneğine dokun.
- Gösterilen verileri ve geri alınamaz işlemi okuyup onayla.
- Güvenlik için istenirse yeniden giriş yap ve işlemi tekrar başlat.
Canlı silme işlevi kullanıcıya ait Firebase Storage dosyalarını, kullanıcı Firestore yolunu, profil ve işlem verilerini, MDS sunucusunda bu kullanıcıya bağlı doğrulanmış satın alma kayıtlarını ve ardından Firebase Authentication hesabını silmeyi dener. Başarılı silmeden sonra cihazdaki MDS oturumu, gardırop/profil tercihleri, yapay zekâ ve telemetri izinleri ile planlanmış MDS bildirimleri temizlenir. Tema, dil ve karşılama seçimi cihaz düzeyinde kalabilir.
Silme kapsamı dışındaki kayıtlar
- Apple App Store veya Google Play aboneliği hesap silmeyle otomatik iptal olmaz. Uygulama etkin ücretli hak görürse silme onayında mağaza yönetim bağlantısını gösterir; yenilemeyi istemiyorsan mağaza hesabından ayrıca iptal et.
- Mağaza işlem kayıtları, güvenlik günlükleri, sağlayıcı yedekleri ve yasal saklama gereken kayıtlar sağlayıcı kurallarına göre tutulabilir.
- Cihazdaki tüm kalıntıları kaldırmak için silme tamamlandıktan sonra uygulama verisini temizle veya uygulamayı kaldır.
Hesaba erişemiyorsan
Önce giriş ekranındaki şifre sıfırlamayı veya hesabı oluşturduğun Google/Apple sağlayıcısını kullan. Harici kimlik doğrulamasız silme talebi alacak resmi kanal henüz yapılandırılmamıştır; destek sayfası mağaza yayınından önce çalışan özel bir kanal ile güncellenmelidir.

Delete in the app
- Sign in to MDS with the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read the listed data and irreversible effect, then confirm.
- If security requires it, sign in again and restart the action.
The live deletion function attempts to remove user-owned Firebase Storage files, the user Firestore path, profile and processing data, MDS-server verified-purchase records linked to that user, then the Firebase Authentication account. After success, MDS clears the device session, wardrobe/profile preferences, AI-data and telemetry consent, and scheduled MDS notifications. Theme, language, and onboarding choice may remain device-level settings.
Records outside this deletion scope
- Deleting an MDS account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If the app sees an active paid entitlement, its deletion confirmation offers the relevant store-management link; cancel separately in the store account if you do not want renewal.
- Store transaction records, security logs, provider backups, and legally required records may follow provider retention rules.
- After deletion completes, clear app data or uninstall the app to remove all remaining device state.
If you cannot access the account
First use password reset on the sign-in screen or the Google/Apple provider used to create the account. An official channel for externally authenticated deletion requests is not configured yet; the support page must be updated with a working private channel before store release.
